"It was a long journey to earn the money, get approval and finally see the production of our stunning mural. Barry Bettger was instrumental and patient as we jumped through many hoops together to make it happen. The end production was even more spectacular than we dreamed it would be!
Tom painted the second story mural of our "Bear" in about five days and the entire campus watched in awe. We had the art class come out to watch, other classes researched about mural art and math classes calculated proportionality. Having Tom painting while we watched was a campus culture building experience that was unexpected. The yearbook class documented the process, our TV program filmed and interviewed people and it was an event to watch unfold.
Thanks to Barry for the diligent paperwork, documentation, contracting and procuring safety measures, we finally have our campus centerpiece. Thank you to Murals for Schools. I would highly recommend using them for more than a mural! They provide an experience!"
